Skirlaugh RLFC is efficiently governed by four defined committees, each with specific responsibilities that ensure the smooth and effective operation of the club.

The Executive Committee handles the day-to-day management, adhering to policies set by the Management Committee, and oversees all disciplinary matters within the club. The Management Committee is charged with formulating the club’s policies, providing strategic direction and oversight.

The Open Age  Committee advises the Management Committee on issues related to open age members and their teams, ensuring that the needs and concerns of these players are addressed. Similarly, the Youth Committee focuses on youth members and teams, with each team in the youth section nominating a Team Manager to represent their age group at meetings, ensuring comprehensive representation and input.

Additionally, each committee has the authority to co-opt members as needed, who are granted voting rights on matters under consideration, allowing for flexibility and inclusiveness in decision-making processes.
